En Italie, double par la voix reconnaissable entre mille de Ferruccio Amendola, Milian est souvent identifie dans le role de Nico Giraldi, un policier romain aux methodes peu courtoises, mais efficaces; et egalement dans le role de Vincenzo "Er Monnezza" Marazzi, (en dialecte romanesco, "Er Monnezza" signifie "L'Ordure") un petit voleur des quartiers ouvriers de Rome, parlant avec un fort accent romain.
