He was being held at the North Las Vegas Detention Center without bail, under high end felony charges linked to terrorism. Somehow, and for some reason, he was let out of prison after six months free and clear. Designed as an overview of the last six years, it is far from the full course of events, victimization and crime. This first short story was written for a Clark County Nevada District Court Case and remains on file in Las Vegas. The case title is Asset Acceptance LLC assignee of Citibank verses Susan Knisely, case number A529439. The author's Response to a Writ of Execution, explains why the defendant has no assets for the Plaintiff to collect upon.Neither the author nor her son was ever enrolled in federal protective programs under the law by the FBI.
