Anhand konkreter Beispiele werden die Bedeutung sowie der Ablauf von Contracting-Projekten dargestellt. Nach der Beschreibung der Ursprunge und der Marktsituation des Contractings in Kapitel 1 und 2 werden in Kapitel 3 die Contracting-Arten erlautert und um einen Bezug zur Praxis aufzubauen, wurden zwei verschiedene Beispiele erarbeitet, welche die vorhergegangenen Grundlagen in praktischer Weise erklaren sollen. Im 4. Kapitel wird der allgemeine Ablauf eines Contracting-Projektes in der Immobilienwirtschaft umrissen. Daruber hinaus wird im 5. Kapitel ein Beispiel wiedergegeben, in welchem ein konkretes Projekt aus dem Anlagenmanagement (Druckluft-Contracting) behandelt wird. English Version: This elaboration was written within the scope of the study of Facility Management in the lecture "Vertragsmanagement" as an exam achievement. It should return an overview about the areas of application and the origin of the contracting, as well as its meaning in the modern contract management. With the help of concrete examples the meanings as well as the expiry are shown by contracting projects. After the description of the origins and the market situation of contracting in chapter 1 and 2 the contracting kinds are explained in chapter 3 and to build up a relation to the practise, two different examples which should explain the preceded bases in practical way were compiled.
