Indonesia's CO2 emissions have a significant impact on climate change globally, ranking sixth among the most polluting countries on the planet in 2023. This research carried out a characterization of the variables CO2 emissions and vehicles in use, a normality test was applied to the data using the analysis of Shapiro Wilk, a Pearson correlation test that resulted in a correlation of r = 0.9143, which means that there is a strong correlation between the two variables. Since the value of r is positive, it indicates a positive relationship between the variables, growth in one variable is associated with growth in the other variable. A future projection was made using the least squares model, year by year, from 2024 to 2030, resulting in CO2 emissions reaching 669.7 Mt by 2024 and increasing emissions by up to 766.4 Mt until 2030, which jeopardizes the global environmental goals of reducing CO2 emissions and keeping the global temperature of the planet below 1.5 ºC.We have made it easy for you to find a PDF Ebooks without any digging.
