Description:Placeholder for the eight-issue series that introduced DC's greatest international terrorist villain, Kobra. This was the last work Jack Kirby did for DC prior to Super Powers in the 1980s, and he left it unfinished. He devised the concept with Steve Sherman and drew the first issue with D. Bruce Berry. The work was then revised by Martin Pasko who wrote the entire series, no one staying past a single issue except for Mike Nasser (Michael Netzer) and Joe Rubinstein. The concept was based on Alexandre Dumas's The Corsican Brothers , with the twist that one of the brothers is evil, while Jason Burr, the other brother, is simply a student at Columbus University tracked down by Lt. Ricardo Perez to bring down the brother he thought had died shortly after birth. Guest starring Batman, Jonny Double, and Randu Singh (from Jack Kirby's the Demon ). The series was canceled after seven issues.
