I would like at this time to make one slight cor rection in our statement on page 12. At the end of the runover paragraph, we need a little transition statement there, to the effect that if the Commission gets into the 1984 Act, and then on the rest of it, the antitrust exemption, and so forth, makes a little more sense than the way it is stated at the present time.
