I would like to assume that you, as I am today, welcoming people to the State, and with me put yourselves in position Of hosts. 1 have talked to visitors to the State many times. They look on North Carolina as one Of the most progressive states of the Union. It sounds like a Chamber Of Commerce talk. North Caro lina is one of the best balanced states in the Union. These are trouble. Some times. A great many things are happening in the world to worry people, and in this country. I know the visitors to this State look on North Carolina as one of the most desirable spots to locate in the country. I think, therefore, that we should capitalize on this situation.
