What was supposed to be a one night stand turns into so much more. Charles contracted HIV before he met Max. Years later Max finds himself sitting next to Charles hospital bed. The medications used at the time was beneficial, but as time went by the meds stopped working as he got older. His tolerance grew to the medication grew and the virus mutated, they celebrated their 7 year anniversary and Charles was fine 8 months later he took a turn for the worse.
